    Strong Mothers Case Planning Services Strong Mothers Case Planning is a short-term, goal- oriented case planning program that is tailored to the needs and strengths of the mothers in the Strong Mothers Program. Case planning services short-term (3-6 months Case Planner assess participant needs and goals, accompanying the participant to court and other appointments, advocating for the participants, and coordinating services with other providers.

    Strong Mothers Individual Therapeutic Services Strong Mothers Individual Therapeutic Services is a short-term (3-6 months) trauma-informed approach to providing mothers with mental health intervention to change behavior or improve mental wellness. The goals are: helping parents with a trauma history gain understanding about their past traumas, identify triggers for troublesome behavior and gain the tools to comprehend and control their emotions; connect parents with supportive services and psychiatric intervention (if needed); helping parents develop the coping skills they need to understand and manage their emotions, in order to build their lives focused on the future rather than past experiences; and providing a space for parents to express themselves freely, safely, and within a supportive and nurturing environment.

    Parenting Support Socio-educational workshops that address and/or build awareness about mental health wellness, independent living, mentorship and support, reproductive health and family planning, pregnancy, breastfeeding and infant care, self-care, secure attachment and bonding, advanced parenting skills, and other important topics.

    Doula: Breastfeeding/Pregnancy/Newborn Support Strong Mothers Doula services offer support to mothers through pregnancy, childbirth, and after birth including newborn and breastfeeding

    Dyadic Services

    Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-Up Strong Mothers Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch- Up (ABC) is a treatment approach that works with caregivers and their child(ren) to create a nurturing and bonding environment between the two. Through video feedback and homework provided by the ABC coach, the caregiver will gain a better understanding of nurturing behaviors to be utilized with their child(ren) to create an atmosphere of attachment. This service is for caregivers and their children ages 6 months-4 years old

    Internal Use ONLY Child Play Psychotherapy (birth-5 years)Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) is a relationship-based treatment model for children ages 0-6 and their parents or caregivers that focuses on strengthening the child-caregiver relationship and helping families heal after stressful experiences.

    Parenting Skills 10-week certificate-bearing Parenting Skills class that brings together the clinical aspects of parenting - reflecting on childhood, parental roles in participants' lives, and the identity of being a parent - and the more practical needs of parenting - how to provide guidance, how to encourage and communicate with their children, and the application of these skills to their lives. The curriculum is based off of evidence-informed curricula Parenting Journey and Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP Participants are required to engage with one another and be candid about their individual parenting experience.

    Circle of Security Parenting (Age 0-5)8-10-weeks certificate- bearing Circle of Security Parenting is a relationship based early intervention program, designed to enhance attachment and security between parents and children. The mission of the Circle of Security is to help parents understand the emotional needs of their children, enhance self-esteem and support child's ability to successfully manage emotions.

    Anger Management 10-week certificate-bearing Anger Management class that clinically addresses the roots of anger, the impact of anger on different aspects of a client's life and how to successfully cope and manage anger in various life situations. The therapeutic curriculum is highly interactive and reflective. Participants are required to engage with one another and be insightful about their experience.

    Domestic Violence 10-week certificate-bearing Domestic Violence class is for survivors and perpetrators or partner/family violence. Clients will address their role in domestic violence, the impact it has on their significant relationships, learning to set boundaries and determining the best way to integrate the tools learned on their experience while maintaining safety. This therapeutic curriculum is highly interactive and reflective. Participants are required to engage with one another and be thoughtful about their experience

    A Window to Healing (DV) 10-week certificate-bearing A Window to Healing Domestic Violence class is for survivors and perpetrators of partner/family violence and their children. Child(ren) are required to participate with their parents for this program. Clients will address their role in domestic violence, the impact it has on their significant relationships, learning to set boundaries and determining the best way to integrate the tools learned on their experience while maintaining safety. In addition, parents will learn to understand the impact violence has on their children, how to talk to their children about the experience, how to engage/grow in their relationship with their children and understand/address different emotional and behavioral reactions. This therapeutic curriculum is highly interactive and reflective. Participants are required to engage with one another and be thoughtful about their experience.
