Terms & Conditions
Clients Representations & Obligations:
1. There are two 120-volt electric outlets within 10 feet of the desired performance area.
2. If the event is held outdoors, there must be a level, concrete-like surface for the placement of the photo booths. Shelter must be provided for the photo booths. If shelter is unavailable or cannot be provided by the client, the client may be required to pay a $100 canopy rental fee per photo booth. The photo booths must be placed indoors if temperatures exceed 105 degrees, no exceptions.
3. Weather Clause: The Capture Corner reserves the right to cancel or delay services due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, wind, or temperatures exceeding 105 degrees) if adequate shelter is not provided. In such cases, the client will be responsible for rescheduling or paying applicable cancellation fees.
4. The client shall be responsible for any damage to the photo booth caused by intentional or negligent acts of the client or any of the client’s guests. Damages will be assessed based on the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged equipment.
5. Client must supply a vendor meal for any event with over 1 hour wait time and/or for events over 3 hours long.
6. Overtime Clause: If the client wishes to extend the photo booth rental beyond the contracted hours, the additional time will be charged at $150 per hour. Payment for overtime must be made immediately at the conclusion of the event.

The Capture Corner Representations & Obligations:
1. Transport and provide an operational photo booth for the duration of the number of hours booked. Client acknowledges that the photo booths may require onsite maintenance and/or servicing during the event, and consequently the photo booths may only operate for 90% of the duration of the number of hours booked as a result of maintenance or servicing that may be required.
2. Provide one qualified and experienced staff member to maintain and service the photo booths as required.
3. Set-up and break-down of the photo booths in a timely manner. **The Capture Corner will require a minimum of 1 hour for setup and 45 minutes for breakdown**. The client must ensure that the event space is available during this time, separate from the contracted service hours.

- FREE use of our large props table!

Other Terms and Conditions:
1. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an event date. The date will not be reserved until the deposit is received. Balances are due at least 10 days prior to the event, unless PRIOR arrangements are made. If the balance is not paid 10 days prior to the event date, then the deposit is forfeited.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit but will not be charged the remaining balance. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total package price.
3. Client and The Capture Corner agree that in the event of a mechanical failure, or for any other reason The Capture Corner is unable to provide a functioning photo booth pursuant to this agreement, the maximum liability of The Capture Corner is the return of payments received. If The Capture Corner is only able to provide partial services for any reason, then the charges to the client shall be prorated subject to the 90% clause above.
4. Photo Usage Rights: The Capture Corner reserves the right to use photos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Prices do not include gratuity. Gratuity is not mandatory but always appreciated.
This agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no amendment, change, or modification shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties hereto. Accordingly, this agreement supersedes all prior oral, written, and other agreements between the parties.
