  • Collective is WA’s largest open-themed photography exhibition and fundraiser.  Showcase your work alongside a wide and diverse selection of collectable prints by talented photographic artists from WA and beyond.

    Each year, Collective brings together an inspiring array of artistic visions, inviting collectors and wider audiences to experience the creativity and curiosity defining contemporary photography.

    Details

    • Collective is free for PCP members. 
    • Participants must submit a minimum of 2 images to choose from.
    • Images selected for the exhibition will be considered a Collective Edition 1/3. 
    • Selected images will be printed in sizes 16"x20" or 20"x20".
    • PCP will coordinate the exhibition and printing.

  • Terms and Conditions

    1. Collective is an open-themed exhibition and PCP fundraiser.

    2. PCP members can submit a free entry into Collective. To become a PCP member click here.

    3. Participants must submit a minimum of 2 images. PCP will select one image for the exhibition, and selected images will be printed in sizes 16"x20" or 20"x20" on photographic paper.

    5. Selected works will be printed by our generous sponsor Joe's Printing.

    6. All works submitted should be 6000 pixels (50.8cm/20 inches) on their longest side, at 300DPI to ensure optimum print quality. Works that are submitted that do not meet these specs may not be included in the exhibition.

    7. PCP will add a thin white border around each image used to install the artwork. Works will be hung using magnets, strips or pins.

    8. A selection process will take place. Artworks to be included in Collective will be selected by a PCP judging panel and selected work is final. 

    9. A small selection of submitted work may be printed at a larger or smaller size for PCP fundraising purposes to be agreed in writing between PCP and the artist.

    10. PCP reserves the right to exclude work considered to be unsuitable for the exhibition.

    11. Image details must be determined and confirmed in the entry form. Due to exhibition catalogue requirements, successful participants will not be permitted to alter image details after submitting the form.

    12. By entering Collective you confirm that you are the creator and owner of the work and that you have the written permission of any photographed subject/s.

    13. By participating in Collective, you are allowing PCP to print your artwork on your behalf for the exhibition, and to grant PCP a license for up to three Collective Edition prints.

    14. Although the artist automatically retains the copyright of artworks, PCP reserves the right to apply selected participants' images to PCP-related media/marketing material. A credit to the artist/s name will be included wherever possible on each occasion.

    15. PCP will exercise all reasonable care with the works submitted but will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

    16. All submissions must be accompanied by a short statement about your work.

    17. Images selected for the exhibition will be considered a Collective Edition 1/3 unless otherwise agreed.

    18. All prints will be made available for sale at Collective and on PCP’s Online Store at $140 inc GST. All sale proceeds will go towards PCP’s annual exhibition program fund. PCP is a registered ACNC charity for the advancement of arts and culture. Prints will be made available to purchase up to 6 months after the exhibition opening.

    19. Individual sales of additional artist editions, will attract a 33% inc GST PCP commission. Please ensure this is included in your artwork price. In the event of an additional artwork sale, PCP will contact the artist, and artists will be responsible for printing and delivery. 

    20. Participants wishing to have additional editions and sizes available for sale should complete relative sections on the form.

    21. PCP will add the Collective exhibition and any additional editions to the PCP online store.

    22. By submitting this form you agree to all of the terms and conditions.
