We’re thrilled you’re interested in joining our Hoppy Halloween event! To keep things festive, safe, and mission-focused, please review the following guidelines:

What You Can Sell
✔ Handmade, original art & crafts
✔ Pet-safe treats, toys, and supplies (for rabbits or other small pets)
✔ Non-pet items (jewelry, candles, clothing, home goods, etc.)
✔ Seasonal/Halloween-themed goodies 🎃

What’s Not Allowed
❌ AI-generated art (we’re here to support real artists)
❌ Unsafe or toxic pet products (pine/cedar shavings, yogurt drops, seed mixes, etc.)
❌ Anything promoting breeding or selling live animals

Helpful Tips
🧡 Bunny-themed or Halloween-themed items are always a hit with our crowd!
🧡 A range of price points ($5–$50) helps everyone find a spooky treat to take home.

Event Details
📍 Location: 2025 W 11th St, Houston, TX 77008
📅 Date/Time: Sunday, October 26 • 12–3 PM (SET UP 11AM)
💰 Booth fee: $50 (vendors bring their own table/chairs)
⏰ Vendors must remain set up for the full event.

Houston Rabbit Resource reserves the right to decline vendors who do not align with our mission.
