• Nominee Clubs must be a current affiliated member Gymnastics NSW & Gymnastics Australia with a current KinderGym program.
• Nominees will be assessed on achievements and/or initiatives developed and implemented over the previous 12 months (October 31 - October 31).

Submission Closing Date: 5pm, Sunday 30 November 2025.
