Upon the receipt of payment the client acknowledges that they are entering into a service agreement with Fleur & Bloom and all communications are to be directed to orbiefleurandme@gmail.comI cannot guarantee any specific outcomes. Please allow for variations in the final presentation of your piece. All resin is hand poured and as such may have some small noticeable bubbles and tiny indentations on the surface. These are created by bubbles bursting as the resin dries and also by the milk or placenta within the resin. This is unavoidable, barely noticeable and only adds to the uniqueness of your piece.In addition to this, it is not unusual to see micro scratches on your silver. Items are carefully handled but this is the nature of silver and will naturally occur over time when handled or worn.All jewellery is set in sterling silver and clearly labelled as such. Some pieces are set in solid Argentium silver which is 1% purer than Sterling Silver. Please see our Jewellery Care Sheet for more information on how to care for your unique pieces.All jewellery has a 12 month guarantee if you have followed our Jewellery Care process. If you have any issues simply send your piece back to me and I will replace or repair it. If the piece you bought is no longer in stock then I will offer an alternative.Shipping of the jewellery on completion is free within Australia. International shipping is a flat $20 AUD. You are responsible for shipping costs to get your breastmilk, placenta etc to me. I recommend using registered post. There is always the danger things may be lost in the post so please don’t send me the ‘last’ of anything.Your inclusion will be labelled when I receive it and the label will stay with it throughout the entire jewellery creation process.There is no room for error with the safety processes that I have developed.The turnaround time varies depending on a few factors but currently 6 to 8 weeks from when I receive your inclusions. This is an outside estimate and many pieces are completed much quicker. I will keep you informed at every stage of the process and if I am expecting any delays then I will notify you. Please ensure your inclusions are clearly labelled with your first and last name and order number.Prolonged exposure to UV light should be avoided. It is not advisable to expose resin to water, lotions or chemicals such as chlorine so remove when showering, washing dishes, sun bathing and swimming. I offer a 12-month warranty but your piece is designed to last a lifetime. With normal wear, you should have no significant issues.Once you place your order you will not be able to make changes. We begin the process to start creating your jewels within 12hrs - 24hrs of receiving your inclusions so cancelling or changing the design or size is not possible. Please ensure that all ring sizes and details are added to your booking form. Please email us directly after purchase if you need to clarify anything.I acknowledge that all breastmilk is to be sent in a sterile milk storage bag and then double bagged in a ziplock bag - The milk does not need to be fit for consumption as the process of creating your ring kills any bacteria.
Refunds Policy

All orders will incur a 25% non-refundable deposit fee - Cancellations within 24hours will qualify for a refund to the value of your order minus the 25% non - refundable deposit - Bank transfer will be sent within 10 days of receiving bank details for refund.In the circumstance that your inclusions have not been sent you will obtain a store credit which expires after 12 months.All refunds are directed to a nominated bank account please provide the details via email orbiefleurandme@gmail.comDue to the custom nature of our product we do not accept returns.
