BOOK YOUR CHRISTMAS SESSION

This booking is for one standard family Santa photo session and includes ONE photo (More options can be chosen on the day). This reserves your session time slot and gives you one photo option. Additional printed photos can also be purchased as well as merchandise. (this can be arranged and paid for on the day)

PLEASE READ HOW TO FILL OUT THE FORM HERE:
1. Choose which session you want by selecting the appropriate calendar below. 

Santa session (7th & 8th December)

Santa Session (14-15th December)

Mrs Claus session(21st-22nd December)

Christmas sessions (Week days in December)

 

2.  Choose the package you want to buy.
ie: 1,2,5, or all digitals.  If you want something special created choose a composite to add to your session. $30 for 1 composite.  (See the examples)

3. Then click to Pay & Submit.  

**Please note if you are using an iPhone and it won't submit please try filling this out using Safari or Chrome.**

***Strictly ONE family per booking (2 Adults & up to 5 children)***
For large groups/multiple families, please book one session for each family involved and book consecutive sessions, one after the other (15min).

The Studio does not offer refunds on this product, but it can be transferred to someone else if you sell it to them.
- Date changes are NOT AVAILABLE
- Purchases are final. (this is because your spot cannot be rebooked unless you pass on to a friend or family)
- Please let me know the names and ages of those attending upon booking

Please arrive on time and within your chosen session time slot, if you miss your time slot, we may not be able to honor your booking. Your name will be at the door, there is no need to bring your booking receipt.

Please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your family are displaying any Flu, Gastro or COVID-19 symptoms. Contact us to let us know that you won't be attending at 0417564634.

Parking is on the street at the studio so please enter and exit carefully at the studio driveway.

Pets are welcome on a lead or in a carrier :-)

PHOTO PRICES AND PACKAGE

Select below which option you want to purchase for your photos. (check the boxes below) 

1: 1 photo taken with supplied digital  $60 

2: 5 photos taken with supplied digital $100

3: 10 photos with supplied digitals $200

4:  All photos (10-15+ images plus 2 composites) given as digital & 6x4 photos $300

5: Composite can be added to your session for $30

 

Your total will be shown below.  Once selected you can then checkout by paying card or Afterpay.

You get to choose which one you like created on the day.
It could be Santa & his sleigh, decorating the tree, Santa & ladder, Silly green mischief maker, Christmas window, Christmas bauble...and many others.

Make sure if you want a special Christmas one created select Christmas Composite below - $30 (You will receive the digital & print with this choice)

PLEASE NOTE

If you cannot make it to your appointed time you can either pass it on to a friend or sell it to another.  But I ask that you call Rayleen at Hummingbird Pictures to let us know by calling 0417564634. 
If you want another date please rebook using this form again. 

If you have booked a package with more than $60 session then this can be transferable to your new session so rebook with only the $60 pack.

The $60 is non-refundable due to the tight schedules held for the sessions.

WHEN YOU HAVE BOOKED IN... What happens next?

Once you have finished filling out this registration form you will then be sent a link to choose a time that will suit you & your family.
Confirmation will be sent 48 hrs before your session.
