Emotions and feelings are stored in the physical body. During group energy sessions, it is common for some emotions to rise to the surface, for example; you may experience emotions such as anger, rage, sadness, or grief.There also may be feelings of abandonment, shame, helplessness, fear and anxiety that can arise.It is incredibly cathartic, empowering and life changing to be held in a safe and supportive container, that allows you the freedom to fully express these long held suppressed and repressed emotions and feelings.In our sacred sessions, you will be guided to release all judgments of yourself and others, to liberate yourself of limiting beliefs and to set yourself free to follow your own path as the being you truly are.*

With filling out the application form and paying the deposit of €111 you secure your space on retreat. After you paid your deposit another email will be send to you in the next 24-48hrs with a payment link or bank details to pay the rest of the payment. The remaining payment is to be paid before 11th of December 2024.
