She’s a free spirit. He’s buttoned-up. Their love is brand-new, their apartment is tiny, and their upstairs neighbor is… unusual. They’ve got love, a brand-new marriage, and a fifth-floor walk-up with no heat. This charming romantic comedy dances through the hilarious ups and downs of newlywed life as they learn that life’s greatest adventures happen when you take your shoes off… and your guard down. Tentative Audition Dates: March 9-10, 2026

Maplewood Barn Community Theatre and the Participant agree as follows:
MAPLEWOOD BARN HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I’m excited to be part of Maplewood Barn! I understand that theatre activities may include physical work, tools, moving sets, stage lights, and outdoor elements that carry some risks. By joining in, I accept those risks and agree to take care of my own safety. I release Maplewood Barn, its team, and volunteers from any claims related to injury or loss during my participation, except in cases of serious negligence. I also authorize emergency medical care if needed and will be responsible for any costs.

MAPLEWOOD BARN MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT

I’m happy to be part of Maplewood Barn! I give permission for photos, videos, and other media of me taken during theatre activities to be used by Maplewood Barn for promotions and social media. I understand there’s no payment or approval needed for this use.
Warranties and Representations*

I represent and warrant to Maplewood Barn Community Theatre that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, and I have full right, power, and authority to enter into the above Agreements and grant the rights granted hereunder.I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named minor. I acknowledge that I am legally competent to understand the legal implications of the above Agreements and that I have read all of its provisions before signing.
