- We will respond to your pickup request within 2 business days.
- We will gladly accept your other gently used/new household items, clothing, books, etc. when we come for your scheduled furniture pickup. All items being donated need to be bagged or boxed prior to our staff's arrival.
- Remember to check your email (including Junk/Spam folder) or texts for responses.
- Could you give us a heads-up about everything that'll need to fit in the truck? It would really help with our planning.
- Quick note: If something isn't in acceptable condition at pickup, our team may have to pass on it.
