Jan. 27th Homeschool: DIY Kaleidoscopes
This hands-on class invites homeschool students to explore the engineering behind our Garden kaleidoscope and build their own kaleidoscopes. We'll delve into the science of light and reflection while crafting these colorful, ever-changing optical devices. Perfect for young engineers and artists alike, this session combines fun with learning, as students take home their very own kaleidoscope masterpiece!
Feb. 10th Homeschool: Animal Tracks and Trails
Step into the world of wildlife tracking in our "Animal Tracks and Trails" class. Students will learn to identify and interpret various animal tracks and signs, gaining insight into animal behaviors and habits. This class will include both an animal track making project and a hands-on exploration of animal signs.
Feb. 24th Homeschool: Wilderness Skills
Homeschool students can develop skills for outdoor adventures in our "Wilderness Skills" class. This session introduces fundamental survival techniques, including shelter building, map reading, and planning for outdoor hikes. Students will engage in fun hands-on activities and learn how to stay safe and resourceful in natural settings
