Before you Apply...
To be eligible for funding for one or more children, families must first meet specific financial criteria (refer to table below). Children must fall between the ages of newborn - 18 years old. This program proudly serves all children of Port Colborne and Wainfleet. All children must be living with the applicant.
Please know that the families proof on income, proof of residency and identifications for themselves and children are required in order to participate in our Give-a-gift program. This step in the process will allow applicants to submit this information alongside this application if they have it on hand.
"What if do not have these documents on hand?"
A: No worries! They are not required for submission, however WILL be required upon approval!
Registration & Process
Registration begins the moment this jot form goes live, and ends December 13th, 2024.
Once you fill out this application, our staff will connect with you via phone to confirm application status. They will also arrange a date and time for pick up. The last day for pick up will be December 23, 2024.
