  • Reservations

    Boarding reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your requested dates. Once your request is received, we will respond within 24–48 hours to confirm availability. After confirmation, you will receive an invoice and have 7 days to submit the deposit. If the deposit is not received within that time frame, your reservation will be automatically canceled and made available to other clients. If you prefer to pay by cash, the same policy applies payment must be received within 7 days of the invoice date in order to confirm your reservation (Please ensure you have the exact amount as we do not keep cash on hand to provide change) . No dates are held without a deposit. If you do not receive an estimate or confirmation within 3 days of submitting your request, please reach out to us directly to follow up.

  • Hurricane Season

    If you choose to board your dog during a Hurricane/Tropical Storm, the rate may be up to four times the nightly rate. If your dog is already in our care during a Hurricane/Tropical Storm and you do not pick them up prior to the storm's arrival, this elevated rate will apply.

  • Please select your preferred DROP OFF date and time for the facility below. Kindly note that your selected time must be strictly followed. Each time slot allows a 30-minute arrival window. For example, if you select 12:00 PM, you must arrive between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM. You may update your selected time up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Changes requested within 24–48 hours of your scheduled drop-off may be subject to additional charges, limited availability, or longer wait times.   • Feedings other than canned or kibble:

    If you are providing food other than canned or dry kibble, it must be pre-portioned in individual bags for each of your dogs meals to ensure your dog receives the correct amount at each feeding.

  • Extensions

    If you wish to extend your dog's current stay, any extension is subject to availability. Should we be unable to accommodate the extension and your dog is not picked up on the agreed-upon date, additional charges will apply, which may range up to four times the nightly rate.

  • Refund Policy & Booking Changes

    Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered a courtesy extended under specific circumstances. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be charged for the full duration of the reservation even if you choose to shorten your dog’s stay. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and flexible when possible. However, refunds are only offered at our discretion and typically require adequate notice and reasonable circumstances for the change or cancellation. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
