Agreement:
1. This agreement must be signed and returned to Mr. & Mrs. Claus within seven days to secure Santa for your event. Otherwise, contact will be forfeited.
2. You have agreed to a non-refundable retainer of half the fee.
3. Venue is responsible for having a seating area, chair, or sofa, for Santa.
4. Cancellations two weeks before the event will result in a full refund minus the retainer.
5. All events last a minimum of one hour. Except for traffic or other unforeseeable circumstances, Santa will arrive 30 minutes before the event or on schedule unless an alternate time has been stipulated in this agreement.
6. A designated break area must be in or near Santa's location. The experience location should be cool, and comfortable with appropriate accommodations for the weather/environment.
7. A 10-minute break is included after each full hour and in each hour-long time frame.
8. Santa should be approximately 20 feet from any working fireplace or heat source.
9. All rates quoted include mileage within a 30-mile radius in Google Maps. Events greater than 30 driving miles will incur a trip fee.
10. Any photos taken of C.L Claus or Mrs. T Claus, whether by individuals or professional photographers, are to be for the private or personal use of the client and may not be used for commercial or promotional use without written permission of C.L or Mrs. T Claus. Advertisement is permitted to promote your business/company's upcoming experience with us. C.L. and Mrs. T. Claus reserve the right to use pictures or videos for our advertisement and social media platforms.
11. All events are indoors, or if the event is held other than indoors, overhead coverage arrangements are the client's responsibility.
12. Cancellations due to inclement weather can be rescheduled if the schedule permits. Retainer is non-refundable.
13. All parties must sign any modifications to this contract.
14. C. L. or Mrs. T. Claus reserves the right to withdraw from or cancel an event due to lewd or inappropriate behavior from either the client or guest of the client/s. As such, clients forfeit their rights to all refunds.
15. Fees are not prorated if the entire time slot is unused.
16. If you need to adjust your appointment date, contact C.L. or Mrs. Claus immediately. Changes to the contract date are not guaranteed. I/we have read the above agreement and agree to its terms and conditions. I understand that this booking will remain tentative and subject to cancellation by C.L. Claus until the signed contract and retainer are received. I/we also agree and understand a non-refundable retainer of half the total fee.
