All artwork:

• Is to be ready for display. Paintings and photography must be wired for hanging. 3-Dimensional artwork must be exhibited in a secure manner;
• Must be submitted with two QAA exhibit Hang Tags affixed to each piece: one taped on the backside and one taped facing the front, at the lower right corner (see visual examples on the QAA website: https://quabbinartassociation.com/hang-tag);
• Must be submitted promptly at or prior to the drop-off time with this registration paperwork and the $5 per-item, per month, entry fee.
• Is to remain in the exhibit until the ending date posted for the exhibit and
• Is to be removed by the artist or their representative at the specified take-down/pick-up time.

Any sales must be handled directly between the artist and the buyer. Some venues may require a commission on sales, which will be the responsibility of the artist. Unless required by the venue, art does not have to be for sale.

• Neither QAA nor the venue associates shall assume any responsibility or obligation for any loss or damage to any art displayed;
• The displayed item(s) are not and will not be covered under any insurance policy owned by QAA or the exhibit sponsor/venue associates;
• I am solely responsible for insurance coverage for the art being displayed, and the burden is on me to do so at my own cost;
• QAA assumes no liability for the security of contact information supplied by me on my artwork label(s) and
• My artwork shall be removed at the end of the exhibit or specified time.
