  • Onsite Tech Team:
    Task:      Ensuring cameras are facing the correct way to give the online
    viewers an exquisite experience. Join the zoom tech team and make sure spotlights are put in place and distractions are minimized. Mute and unmute participants so that they may address the conference.
    Location: Online/Entire Campus
     
    Online Tech Team:
    Task:      Ensuring the right cameras are spotlighted the correct way to give
    the online viewers an exquisite experience. Join the zoom tech team and  people are let in expeditiously. Make sure distractions are minimized. Mute and Unmute participants so that they may address the conference.
    Location: Online
     
    Decoration Committee:
    Task:       Responsible for decorating the campus of the conference, please
    note that this will involve some preparation at breakfast, lunch, dinner and reception times.
    Location: Entire Campus
     
    Workshop/Curriculum/Logistics Committee:
    Task:       Develop and plan age-appropriate workshops and workshop
    locations.
    Location: Sanctuary/Second Floor
     
    Communication/Correspondence Committee:
    Task:       Responsible for sending out all literature regarding the
    conference, updating social media and whatsapp groups where possible about updates about sessions.
    Location: Administrative Office
     
    Printing/Program Committee:
    Task:       Plan and print the conference program. Insure facilitators have
    literature printed before sessions and onsite conferencing bulletin is available and given to ushers ready for service.
    Location: Administrative Office
     
    Finance Committee:
    Task:       Responsible for counting, recording and depositing funds
    accordingly. These should be reported to Presiding Elder Kevin Coakley and Pastor Loretta Brooks.
    Location: Finance Room
     
    Publicity Committee:
    Task:       To find creative and practical ways to distribute the conference
    flier as well as spread the news about the conference. Also this committee should be capturing the conference through means of photography and videography, in order to be made public on social media outlets.
    Location: Administrative Office
     
    Music Committee (Instruments/Choir):
    Task:       Responsible for turning on the sound system, mics, etc.
    Conducting Mic tests and making sure everything is as it should be. Providing mics to the choirs. Ensuring that anyone who is required to speak is given a microphone.
    Location: Administrative Office
     
    Hospitality Committee:
         Task:         Responsible for showing radical hospitality to conference
    participants, provide directions, local facilities available, offer help, water to guests. Be welcoming to all guests, be a warm presence.
    Location: Library
     
    Culinary Committee:
         Task:         Responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving breakfast, lunch,
    dinner and reception. Be presentable and polite. Be accommodative to ensure attendees are satisfied with their meals. Work together with the head chef and head server to ensure all tasks are executed promptly and safely.
    Location: Fellowship Hall/Kitchen & Pastor’s Office (Administrative Officer)
     
    Ministerial/Armor-bearing Committee:
         Task:         Responsible for attending to all (guests) ministers; one who
    can consistently, and willingly be an aid to his or her fellow Christians. Be sure each preacher has a conference program and is escorted to the Presiding Elder’s office. Be attentive during services to accommodate their requests, including making sure they have water.
    Location: Administrative Office
     
    Youth & Involvement Committee:
         Task:         Responsible for creating engaging workshop materials and
    activities to keep the youth captivated and involved.
    Location: Second Floor Classrooms
     
    Greeters/Registration Committee:
    Task:       Greet guests as they arrive on the premises, being warm
    and welcoming. Handout Conference Registration Packets and receive/assist with registration via the district website. Record names of those who have collected registration packets.
    Location: Lobby/Entrance to the Sanctuary

    Usher's Committee:
    Task:       Usher per night to assist (See Head Usher) Uniformity will be
    required i.e. color coordination etc.
    Location: Sanctuary
     
    Help Desk Committee:
    Task:      Sit at the table- Individuals will sit at the "here to help" table, and
    answer any questions that the guests may have pertaining to the Conference.
    Location: Aministrative Officer & Registration Table

    Clean-up Crew Committee:
    Task:       Help assist after services are over: sweep the room and pick up
    any visible trash and debris. Disinfectant Spray seats after service.
    Location: Entire Campus
     
    Sanitizing Team Committee: 
    Task:       Disinfect in between speakers.
    Location: Entire Campus
     
    Custodian Committee:
    Task:      To ensure facilities are regularly checked and that they are kept
    tidy. Ensure toilet paper is replenished and soap is always available. Surfaces are sanitized including door handles. Check that mirrors are clean and rubbish is removed daily.
    Location: Entire Campus
