At Napas FC Academy, we believe in fostering an environment that encourages the development of young athletes in a positive and supportive atmosphere. We expect all players, parents, coaches, and staff to follow this Code of Conduct to maintain the integrity and spirit of our academy.

By agreeing below and submitting this form, you confirm your acceptance of the Napas FC Academy Code of Conduct.
1. Player Conduct: Players are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and effort during training sessions, games, and any academy-related activities. Respect for teammates, coaches, referees, and opponents is mandatory at all times. Bullying, fighting, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Please initial below.*
2. Parent and Guardian Conduct: Parents play a crucial role in creating a supportive environment for their child and others. As a parent/guardian of Napas FC Academy, you agree to: Support, Don't Criticize: Encourage and support all players and coaches. Criticizing coaches, players, or officials is not allowed. Positive Communication: Address concerns or issues in a respectful and private manner with the coach or academy staff. Respect for the Game: Refrain from yelling at players, referees, or other parents during games and training. Promote a Positive Atmosphere: Maintain a positive and inclusive environment. Discouraging or disruptive behavior that causes division among parents or within the team will not be tolerated. Sportsmanship: Model good sportsmanship by cheering for good play, regardless of which team makes it, and demonstrating respect for all participants in the game. Please initial below.*
3. Disruptive Behavior: Napas FC Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior from any parent or guardian. Examples of disruptive behavior include, but are not limited to: Publicly criticizing coaches or the academy’s decisions. Inciting conflict or division among other parents or within the team. Undermining the coach's authority or approach. Harassing referees, players, or other parents. Using offensive, aggressive, or inappropriate language or behavior at any academy events. 4. Consequences for Violating the Code of Conduct: Napas FC Academy reserves the right to enforce consequences in response to violations of this Code of Conduct: First Offense – Verbal Warning: The parent will receive a formal verbal warning in a private meeting with the coach or academy staff. The disruptive behavior will be addressed and a clear reminder of the Code of Conduct will be provided. Second Offense – Written Warning: If the disruptive behavior continues, the parent will receive a written warning. This letter will document the behavior and serve as a final reminder that any future violations will result in dismissal from the academy. Third Offense – Dismissal: Upon a third violation, the parent will be asked to leave the academy permanently. This decision may include the removal of their child from the team if the behavior disrupts the environment and functioning of the academy. This decision is final and non-negotiable. 5. Reporting Concerns: Any concerns or violations of this Code of Conduct can be reported confidentially to the academy’s staff. All concerns will be addressed fairly and in line with our commitment to providing a positive environment for all. Please initial below.*
6. Commitment to Excellence: By participating in Napas FC Academy, all players and parents agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and work together to create an atmosphere that fosters learning, teamwork, and respect. Please initial below*
