    Welcome Shop Black Friday Vendors. Our Black Friday Coalition team is delighted that you have considered participating in our 8th Annual Shop Black Friday Sacramento Event. Black Friday Sacramento is a movement consistent with the principle of recycling black dollars into the black community. Please complete this entire application with as much detail as possible.   • November 29-30, 2024

    Friday(11am-7pm) & Saturday(12pm-6pm)
  • VENDOR AGREEMENT AND FEE:

    Applications are accepted through November 27, 2024 or until spaces are filled. Will reserve vendor spots based upon receipt of payment. No areas will be reserved without charges, and Black Friday Coalition committee will select designated areas for all vendors. You will receive your acceptance email from blackfridaysac@gmail.com. Failure to make payment by the date given in the email will lead to your spot not secured.
  • Hours of Operation:

    Vendors area shall remain open from 11am-7pm on Friday and 12pm-6pm on Saturday, unless Black Friday Coalition notifies of other hours of operation.
  • Vendor Set-Up and Tear Down

    All vendors shall set up their area for sale on Friday, between 7am-10:30am. On Saturday, between 8am-11:30am. If you arrive at the event after 10:30am or 11:30am you will be required to pay a late fee. No EXCEPTIONS ! Again, we strongly encourage you to be on time to prepare for all customers arriving at the event. Vendors shall remove their area towards the end of the event. We encourage for you to get every last dollar because there will be late attendees.
  • Sanitation

    Vendor spaces must be kept clean and neat at all times and left in the same condition they were in when you arrived. Food Vendors must have a hand washing station in accordance of the food safety guidelines. Vendors must bring all trash to the designated trash area. Vendors who leave their spaces in any condition other than specified will not be allowed back.
  • Vendor Space Specifics

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables, chairs and tents. Because this event is inside and outside, we HIGHLY encourage you to be well prepared for any weather conditions. We are aware that weather conditions can be unpredictable. So, COME PREPARED and please bring a POSITIVE ATTITUDE ! This is about the BUILD and trust me all spots are good spots. Vendors are expected to display professionalism and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.
  • Acceptance Terms

    Once the application is received vendors will receive an email and an invoice for their vendor space. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Marketing

    This year, we encourage each vendor to have "Door Buster Deals", give customers some serious bang for their buck and allow them to shop with your company at great prices. As a vendor we expect you to market your business as well to tagging all of @Shop Black Friday Sacramento social media platforms. Marketing your business will always expand your audience we empower the black dollar.

  • Early Vendor Set-Up (Optional)

    We are allowing Vendors to set up their Vendor space on Thanksgiving Night at 8pm. This option will be for the indoor vendors ONLY. It is recommended to be fully prepared before the Event. Since we will secure your vendor's spots overnight, we ask for a security deposit of $15. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED!
