Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our upcoming event-- Christmas Night Market scheduled for Saturday, November 30, 2024! Please complete the application below. We will review your application, and send you an email notifying you if you have been accepted. Please allow up to 2 weeks for an acceptance email response. If you do not receive an email from us within 2 weeks, you are automatically placed on our waiting list. If selected, you will also receive a PayPal invoice for your booth fee. Booth spaces must be paid within 10 calendar days in order to reserve your space. If it is not paid, the space will be given to another vendor. Once paid for, booth spaces are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Booth Option A: Includes booth (8' wide x 15' deep space) inside the barn with electricity-November 30, 2024: $100.00. Vendor must provide their own tables, chairs, and extension cords.Booth Option B: Food truck/trailer space (up to 30') outside-November 30, 2024: $100. Vendor must provide their own means of power, generator, etc.
By selecting each choice below, I am stating that I have read the statements and agree to these terms.*

Vendors can begin setup on Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 8a.m.-2p.m. Booths must be ready for the sale by Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 2p.m. No exceptions.The event will be held Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 2p.m.-8p.m.Vendors are responsible for bringing enough products and items to cover the sale.I understand that for the Christmas Night Market there will not be outside tent vendors. Just inside the barn, and food trucks/trailers. This event will be limited to 35-40 juried small business vendors.If renting a booth in the barn, vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and extension cords.I understand that if I am a food truck/trailer vendor, I am responsible for bringing my own generator, fuel, etc.I understand that I am responsible for picking up and disposing of my own trash during and after the sale. There is a dumpster on site that you are able to use.Vendors inside the barn are not able to nail, screw, or poke any kind of holes into any part of the barn. Zip ties, command strips/hooks. tape, or string is recommended.Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax.I understand that being admitted into previous sales does not guarantee acceptance into present or future sales. I understand that everyone must re-apply and the show is based on a juried selection process.I understand that all vendors must be at their booth ready to begin the sale at the sale start times.I understand that Red River Farms does not control the weather. The event will be held rain or shine. If it rains, we may be on a short rain delay until it passes, and then proceed with the event. In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made to close for everyone's safety.I understand that booth spaces in the barn are on a first come, first serve basis.I understand that once booth spaces are paid for, they are non-refundable, due to advertisement fees paid.I understand that booth spaces must be cleaned and packed up by Saturday, November 30, 2024 by 10p.m.I understand that if selected, I will be notified via email and a PayPal invoice will be sent to me. Invoices must be paid within 10 calendar days. Furthermore, if you are not sent an email from us within 2 weeks of applying, you are automatically on our waiting list.The event will be advertised through social media, our website, local publications and around the Middle TN and Southern KY areas, as well as our local Chamber of Commerces.As a vendor, I give permission for Red River Farms to advertise my vendor information, including photos, on their social media sites, websites, and flyers.I understand that due to COVID-19, vendors are able to wear a mask when interacting with customers if they wish.I understand that the venue hosts at Red River Farms will have hand sanitizer readily available, as well as clean public areas, including restrooms, on a regular basis for everyone's health and safety.I understand that the venue hosts at Red River Farms have the right to make changes, as needed, according to CDC guidelines and Governor Lee's or Robertson County Mayor Vogle's orders.I understand that tickets to the event will be required of all shoppers. Shoppers will be able to buy tickets online only through our TicketLeap link.I understand that if I pack up my booth and leave before the end of the sale, I will not be invited back to future sales. This is not a positive experience for shoppers or as hosts of the event and you check this box acknowledging this policy. This is also a safety issue if a vehicle is moving around while shoppers are walking around the venue. If for some reason an emergency has come up, please kindly call, text, or email us to inform us of why you are having to leave so we do not assume you are packing up just to leave a little bit early. We ask that ALL vendors park here, regardless if their booth is an outside or inside booth. This allows for our handicap shoppers to have close parking.I understand that as a vendor I may not move or park my vehicle near the barn or vendor booth area before 7p.m. on Saturday. This is a safety issue if cars are moving while shoppers are still walking around.I understand that it is my own liability as a vendor to participate in this event. I understand that I am participating in the event at Red River Farms at my own risk and it is my duty to physically be able to participate in this event.
I understand that by typing and signing my name below, I will not hold Red River Farms or it's owners liable for any damage done to my booth (weather or other unforseeable circumstances), injuries or sickness incurred during any point of set-up, the sale, or tear down process. I also understand that Red River Farms and it's owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or money during the timeline of the barn sale.
