R.E.A.L. Rottweiler Rescue Adoption Form

Thank you for your interest in adopting a dog through R.E.A.L. Rottweiler Rescue. Your application will be carefully screened; including, but not limited to, contacting any/all vet clinics and references. Carefully review your application prior to submission to ensure everything is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. This will allow for timely processing of your application once assigned to a screener.

Please be advised that any dog seen on Facebook, R.E.A.L. Rottweiler Recue or any other pet listing website may or may not be available at the time of applying. For reasons such as, but not limited to, medical and/or behavioral.

Adoption fees range from $300-$650. Fees typically include, but not limited to: all age related vetting, spay/neuter, microchipping, and heartworm testing.
