There will be a Working Equitation Clinic for EOH/Speed (obstacles) and Dressage with Judy Mackenzie, USAWE Professional Instructor and Dwayne Pike.

Working Equitation Schooling Show - Saturday 2nd November 2024:
This is an Official AZWEC Schooling Show, to be held at Orme School, 1000 Orme School Road, Mayer, AZ 86333 on Saturday 2nd November 2024. Points can be earned for Year End Awards and Qualifying Scores for AZWEC 2024 Finals.
The Clinic/Show Sponsor is The Orme School.
Levels 1 through 4 are offered.
Judge is the Hon. Tessa Nicolet. Show Manager is Judy Mackenzie
Show office will open at 8.00am, first ride will be at 9.00am

Cattle Clinic and Trial - Sunday 3rd November 2024:
There will be a Cattle Clinic in the am - learn all about how cows see, move and turn and practice for the Cattle Trial. The Cattle Trial will be in the pm - The Cattle Trial will be run according to the Rules for Working Equitation. Open to riders competing in ANY Level in the Schooling Show, and also to riders not competing in the Show. Entries limited - priority will be given to those competing in the Schooling Show.

Entry Fee for Clinic/Cattle Trial is $85 for Adults, $50 for Youth (under 18)/Orme School Students & Staff. Cash prizes for Individuals and Teams!
Overnight stalls are available, $20/night. You must bring your own feed/water buckets/shavings. Stalls must be cleaned by competitor.
Overnight dry camping available, $0/night

This show will be conducted and judged in accordance with the United States Rules for Working Equitation, Revision 7, dated 1st December 2023, and the 2023/4 Dressage Tests https://useawe.org/rules/. It is the responsibility of the competitor to read and understand the rules prior to the competition.
Hold Harmless Clause:
Understanding that horse sports may be hazardous and dangerous, even leading to permanent injury or death, each owner, rider, spectator, and other participant assumes any and all risk of loss or injury and agrees to hold harmless, regardless, the horse show personnel and the facility hosting the show. Judy Mackenzie, show management, volunteers and the Arizona Working Equitation Club will not be responsible for any damage, injury, or loss to person, horses, or property of exhibitors, spectators, or grooms. All local facility rules must be followed.
Media Release Agreement: I agree that as a condition of and in consideration of acceptance of entry, the competition may use or assign photographs, videos, audios or other likenessess of me and/or my horse taken during the course of the competition for the promotion or benefit of the competition or sport. These likenesses shall not be used to advertise a product and they may not be used in any way to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or misappropriation.
