This agreement is to verify your participation in the Spectacular Holiday Market on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at the AHR Family Life Center 1302 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave Lakeland, FL 33805. Each Small Business vendor must bring own 6-foot table and chairs. Tables and chairs are available for rent upon request.

Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, if you are bringing an additonal table you MUST notify the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited.

Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 8’x8’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator.

Moments For Life Events, Bowtique by Samiyah Jai and AHR Family Life Center is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition, Moments For Life Events, Bowtique by Samiyah Jai and AHR Family Life Center assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.

Vendors may have access to event space beginning 8:30am. The event concludes at 3:00 pm and vendors have until 4:00 pm for break down. Participation in the December 14, 2024 Spectacular Holiday Market is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

Vendors must pay the applicable registration fee before vending space is reserved. Vendor expo floor location tis chosen on a first come first serve basis. All vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. Event management pre selects vendor space for each small business based on your products.

Payment shall be made directly through the Invoice that will be emailed. Payment must be made within 24hrs of receipt of invoice. Please contact event coordinator with payments questions.

Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Spectacular Holiday Market will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by Moments For Life Events and Bowtique by Samiyah Jai this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.

Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Spectacular Holiday Market. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our complimentary registration bags given to all attendees. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
