Submit this form to become a member of the Formula Vee Association of Victoria.

Membership - Eligible for FVAV Championship.

•	Renew my membership from 2024.	$80

Membership is valid for the 2025 calendar year and will expire on 31st December 2025. Applications received after 1st October will automatically be extended and expire on 31st December the following year.
