Structure

Groups will be 90 minutes long and meet weekly via video conference. We will reach out when we have enough participants to complete the registration and establish a day and time for the meeting.

They will be led by a therapist, but these are not therapy groups. As a group, we will discuss principles and topics and build support and knowledge. Improvements cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing

Each group will cost $45 a week and be charged monthly ($180). You will not be charged until we have enough people to start a group.

The nature of support groups means confidentiality will be limited, but we ask that everyone respect each other's privacy.
