12 spots for Novice Steers, 12 spots for Pro Steers and 12 spots for Jr. Bulls available.
**THIS YEAR We are offering the opportunity to register early. We will be opening up 18 Positions (6 / each level) for early registration. To qualify you must sell 2 ticket books instead of one. This opens AUGUST 20th, 2026, and closes when the first 18 spots are full, or regular registration opens OCTOBER 1, 2026. The same deadlines and conditions in place for the regular registration will apply to the early registration.
** Last year we were 75% Sold out within 24 hours of registration opening, and 100% sold out within a week. Registration will be first come, first serve.
A DEPOSIT OF $300 MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION TO HOLD YOUR SPOT. SUBMITTED REGISTRATIONS THAT DO NOT HAVE A DEPOSIT WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FROM REGISTRATION WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAIT LIST IN ORDER THEY ARE RECIEVED. We are happy to work with you if there are extenuating circumstances, however due to the volume and demand, a seat is not guaranteed without the deposit.
REMAINING $350 MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN JANUARY 15, 2027. PLEASE NOTE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tickets:
**This year participants will be asked to sell one book of tickets to help us cover the costs of this clinc. They will be mailed out with your confirmation of registration. Tickets and any cash collected must be returned postmarked by January 15th to the address provided with the ticket books. We are opening up a certain number of "early bird" seats this year. To qualify for the spot registrants need to sell 2 ticket books instead of one. The same deadlines apply.
**Meals will be available onsite again this year. There is no cost for participants. Parents and siblings may purchase meals at $15/plate, (buffet style) at any time during the weekend at the registration table.
**Waivers: Must be signed by parent or legal guardian at check in or you will not be allowed to ride.
**Participants must have all the mandatory equipment. There is no loaner equipment available. (Helmet, vest, appropriately fitting cowboy boots, spurs, glove, rope at minimum). The CJCA reserves the right to do equipment checks at the clinic.
**All levels welcome, however it is important to be honest choosing your ability level on your entry form as the stock provided will be determined by what is indicated on your form! Once registered you will be contacted for a pre-clinic assessment via phone call. An additional assessment with coaches will take place on day one.
**Days will start at 9:00 am on Friday and go "until we're done." Times will vary to accommodate as many rides and coaching time as possible ! Be prepared for long days!
**Sports medicine and EMS will be available at this clinic. Any costs related to injuries incurred are the responsibility of the participant (or guardian). Further to this participants are required to have a parent or guardian available to provide healthcare information and consent in the event of an accident. The CJCA reserves the right to bench children left unattended at the clinic.
