    At Allan's Jerk Shack, we pride ourselves on serving authentic Caribbean dishes with bold flavors. However, we recognize the importance of food safety and transparency for our customers with food allergies and sensitivities. Please review the following list of common allergens found in our dishes:

     

    Common Allergens Used in Our Kitchen

    Peanuts and Tree Nuts – Some sauces, marinades, and desserts may contain or be processed with nuts.

    Dairy – Dairy products like butter, cheese, and cream are used in our sides and sauces.

    Gluten – Our breads, wraps, and some marinades contain wheat and gluten.

    Shellfish – Popular dishes, such as shrimp and lobster-based meals, are prepared in shared spaces with other food items.

    Soy – Soy-based ingredients are present in some marinades and sauces.

    Eggs – Used in some sides, batters, and desserts.

    Fish – Various fish types are prepared and may cross-contaminate other dishes.

    Sesame – Sesame seeds and oil are used in some sauces and toppings.

    Mustard – Used in marinades and sauces.

  • Initial Deposit: 60% Required to Secure Your Date

     

    To begin the process of preparing for your event, we require an initial deposit of 60% of the total catering amount. This deposit is necessary to secure your event date and allow us to begin sourcing fresh ingredients, planning the menu, and allocating resources to provide you with exceptional service.

    When to Pay: The initial deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the catering order.
    Why We Require a Deposit: This helps us cover the costs associated with planning, purchasing, and staffing to ensure your event is a success.
     

    Final Payment: Due 2 Weeks Prior to the Event

     

    The remaining balance, which constitutes the final payment, must be settled two weeks before the event date. This allows us to finalize all preparations and ensure everything is ready for your special day.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds

     

    In the event of cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy. The initial deposit may be non-refundable depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs. We advise for you to be sure on your next event planning to ensure a seamless experience for you.

  • At Allan's Jerk Shack, we strive to provide exceptional service and understand that sometimes circumstances change. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following detailed cancellation policy for our catering services:

     

    Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

    1. Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before the Event

    Refund: Full refund of the deposit.

    Details: If you need to cancel your event more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date, we will issue a full refund of the deposit. Please notify us in writing via email at allansjerkshack@gmail.com to process your cancellation.

     

    2. Cancellations Made 15-30 Days Before the Event

    Refund: 40% refund of the deposit.

    Details: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event date will receive a 40% refund of the deposit. We require written notification via email at allansjerkshack@gmail.com.

     

    3. Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before the Event

    Refund: No refund of the deposit.

    Details: For cancellations made less than 15 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited. Written notification is required via email at allansjerkshack@gmail.com.

  • Social Media Content Waiver Agreement

  • 1. Authorization

    By signing this Agreement, the Client grants Allan's Jerk Shack and its representatives the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, and publish photographs, videos, and other media content captured during the Client's event for promotional purposes on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the Company’s website.

    2. Scope of Use

     

    The content may be used in various formats, including but not limited to:

    Posts

    Stories

    Reels

    Videos

    Blogs

    Advertisements

     

    3. No Compensation

    The Client acknowledges and agrees that they will not receive any compensation for the use of the media content. The Client further acknowledges that they have no rights to royalties or other compensation for the content’s current or future use by Allan's Jerk Shack.

    4. Ownership and Rights

    Allan's Jerk Shack retains full ownership and rights to all media content captured and used under this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to remove or discontinue the use of the content at any time, for any reason, without notice to the Client.

     

    5. Personal Information

    The Client consents to the use of their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the media content, provided that such use is in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

     

    6. Release and Indemnity

    The Client releases and discharges Allan's Jerk Shack, its representatives, and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities related to or arising from the use of the media content, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, and misrepresentation. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Allan's Jerk Shack against any such claims.

     

    7. Duration of Agreement

    This Agreement will remain in effect indefinitely unless revoked in writing by the Client. Revocation of this Agreement will not apply to content that has already been published or used by Allan's Jerk Shack prior to the receipt of the revocation notice.

     

    8. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    9. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

     

    10. Amendments

    Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

  • Waiver of Liability & Conduct Agreement

  • 1.1. Assumption of Risk

    The Client acknowledges and understands that participation in events catered by Allan's Jerk Shack involves inherent risks, including but not limited to potential food-related illnesses, accidents, and injuries. By signing this Agreement, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the event.

     

    1.2. Release of Liability

    The Client hereby releases, waives, and discharges Allan's Jerk Shack, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred during or resulting from the event.

     

    1.3. Indemnification

    The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allan's Jerk Shack from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the event, including but not limited to claims made by third parties.

    2.1. Client Responsibilities

    The Client agrees to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests, staff, and participants during the event. The Client is responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages to the property or equipment used during the event.

    2.2. Prohibited Conduct

    The Client agrees to prohibit the following behaviors at the event:

    Disorderly or disruptive behavior
    Harassment or discrimination of any kind
    Vandalism or damage to property
    Illegal activities, including the use of illegal substances
     

    2.3. Alcohol Consumption

    If alcohol is served at the event, the Client agrees to ensure that it is consumed responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Client is responsible for monitoring the consumption of alcohol by their guests and preventing overconsumption.

     

    2.4. Compliance with Venue Rules

    The Client agrees to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the event venue. This includes any restrictions on decorations, noise levels, and the use of facilities.

     

    3. Governing Law

     

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

     

    4. Entire Agreement
