  • Vendor Application and Agreement

    The BTX Brewfest’s main focus is to promote local businesses and bring attention to Burleson and all areas of its Old Town. The BTX Festival will feature live music, vendors, food, local craft breweries and cideries. We invite you to apply to participate as a Vendor in the Festival. Examples of vendors include, but not limited to, food trucks, artists, jewelry designers, boutiques, breweries, and handmade products.

    Vendor booths will be first come first sold - please make your commitment as soon as possible. *** PLEASE NOTE: we will only accept ONE vendor of each category this year (except artists)

    Vendors must provide a 10’ by 10’ tent (or approved booth), table and chairs - please bring a system to tie down or weights for your tent. Lights are a great idea for you to have for the end of the day.

  • Optional Festival Shirts/Tanks

    Vendors in the past have requested festival shirts.  We typically order enough for our VIP bags.  We have heard you!!  If you would like to pre-order festival shirts or tanks - the cost is $20 each.  This will be added to your invoice for your booth fee.

    Once approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. At that time - you will need to submit the vendor fee within 1 week.  You can either submit a check or if you would like to pay via credit card, we can send you an invoice.  Select your preference. 

     

    If you have not received an acceptance or denial within 1 full week, please email for an update.

  • General Information and Agreement 

    By reading the agreement and signing below you are agreeing to the following: The term vendor applies to you if your Vendor application and agreement has been accepted by the host of the BTX Brewfest Festival.

    The following items must be submitted with the Vendor Application: Booth Fee, images of items to be sold and tent or display to be used during festival.

    I understand that the BTX Brewfest has the right to refuse any application, in which my booth fee will be returned to me. 

    Requirements of Vendors are as follows:

    Vendors must attend the vendor meeting, Sunday, September 21, 4pm via zoom. Failure to attend will result in forfeit of vendor acceptance and booth fee. Vendor will receive booth location and map of event. Placement is determined by the order of complete application acceptance. 

    Vendors must provide approved 10’x10’ tent/display. Anything larger will be permitted based on space available and additional fee.  Tent stability is the responsibility of the Vendor. All vendor belongings must be contained within their tent. 

    Vendors will receive 3 wrist bands per booth. Additional wristbands are available for purchase. 

    At least one attendee will remain in booth at all times

    Vendor will supply bags for goods sold. 

    Smoking is prohibited. 

    Vendors may begin set up October 4, 2025 at 10:00am. All booths must be finished with set up by 1:30pm. Booths must remain open from 2pm to 9pm on date of festival.  Booths may not be broken down until 9pm. Dumpster is provided for trash.

    All items sold at event are to be paid directly to vendor. 

    If a vendor’s booth fails to meet any of the requirements, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

    Bottled water and snacks will be allowed in prior to festival start time. No outside food or drinks will be allowed in after start time.

    No outside alcohol may be brought in per TABC.

    The BTX Brewfest is an outdoor event and will be held regardless of weather. No refunds will be given due to “bad weather”.  

    BTX Brewfest has the right to take/use any pictures from the event. 

    Cancellation Policy:

    Vendors may cancel their application by written notice. If the cancellation notice is received prior to September 1, 2025 vendors meeting a 50% refund will be issued. If cancellation notice is received after the vendor meeting booth fee will be forfeited. 

    Food Truck Vendors will not receive any portion of the deposit back.

     I will not hold the BTX Brewfest or any other person or company associated with it,  responsible for any accidents, injury, or loss of property in BTX Brewfest. If the Vendor is other than the individual, I certify, warrant and represent that I am duly authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the corporation, partnership, or other entity who is the Vendor.I have read and agree to the terms.
