Instructions: The Registration Form must be completed below and full payment is due at the bottom of the form. We will email your Hotel Confirmation during the week of June 20th.

ONLY ONE REGISTRATION FORM IS REQUIRED PER ROOM
- The Registration Form is what we use to submit our rooming list to the hotel, so if you have a group with several rooms, there needs to be a different group leader for each room.
- Hotel Only- Residence Inn by Marriott
- 3 Nights- Total- $1395.00 ( includes taxes and fees)
- 4 Nights- Total- $1495.00 (includes taxes and fees)
Payment is due in Full. All Payments are Nonrefundable due to Contractual Reasons.

1. If you have more than one room in your group, each room requires a separate registration form.The Group Leader for each room is responsible for getting everyone's name, email address and phone number. Please make sure everyone has read the Terms and Conditions.

Zelle Payments: If you want to make your initial deposit via Zelle, you will need to first pay a $1.00 in the deposit section to complete the Registration Form and then you can submit the remaining deposit to: (407) 925-4067. A staff member will give you further guidance.

5. All Deposits ad Payments are Nonrefundable due to Contractual Reasons therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Suggestions of travel insurance companies are provided in our Terms and Conditions section. You can also view this information on the Terms and Conditions section at the bottom of our website.

You must book a minimum of 3 nights for all of our packages. Additional nights can be added. Please call us at (407) 917-2030 for additional night pricing. Remember, you can do as many nights that you need.
