Artist Application for the 2025 Cottontown Art Crawl

All artists who wish to participate (including previous CAC participants and artists who reside in Cottontown) must complete the application below by Friday, November 15, 2024.
The 7th annual Cottontown Art Crawl will take place on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 10 am to 4 pm.

The rain date will be Sunday, March 9, Noon until 5:00 p.m.

**Please make sure you are available for both dates.

Artists will be notified of their acceptance into the event around December 31, 2024.

Artists will be notified of their assigned locations by January 31, 2025.

Our primary method of communicating with you will be email - double check to make sure you provide an accurate email address when completing this form.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Some notes about the 2025 CAC:

Building on lessons learned from past events, this year we will not place artists north of Summerville Ave (Geiger Ave. or Anthony Ave.) Artists may be placed in closed streets or at private homes on porches or front yards within the slightly smaller footprint of the 2025 event.
NEW: Application fee

This year introduces a $10 non-refundable application fee to help cover the cost of the registration platform and other expenses. Email cottontowncrawl@gmail.com if you have questions about the fee.
