If choosing a discounted bundled deal, please select the month (s) you'd like the checkup services completed. If you would like us to choose the dates on an as-needed basis in coordination with snow/bad weather, select, "Other".

SRG will provide the following services per visit:

- Remove debris from cover

- Add additional Antifreeze to the skimmers as needed

- Remove cover and check the pool water level

- Lower the pool water level as needed

- Test and balance the water chemistry (Chems extra)

- Inspect the integrity of the cover and replace any anchors or springs as necessary (parts extra)

- Service report sent after each visit

- 10% discount on any in-store chemical purchases (Until March 1st)

- One Gallon of liquid shock included (Extra chemicals billed as needed)

SRG shall not be responsible for damage to the pool finish, tile, or coping due to water level or water conditions. SRG will send an invoice for any items that are required to service the pool such as but not limited to: Cover anchors, cover springs, extra chemicals, etc.

I agree to pay SRG Construction for the services I have requested. I further agree to pay any outstanding balances within 30 days of the date of service and a 2% finance charge per month on any balances not paid within 30 days. I also understand that I shall be responsible for attorney fees and court costs in connection with SRG Constructions efforts to collect any outstanding balance I owe.
