This Vendor Booking Form and the INFORMA MARKETS SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS, which are incorporated into this Booking Form, together constitute the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between Informa Princeton LLC, and Client in respect of F&B@Sea 2025.

By ticking the box to sign this Booking Form, Client confirms that it has read and understood both the Booking Form and the INFORMA MARKETS SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and acknowledges and agrees to be bound by their terms. The signatory to this Booking Form is signing as the authorised signatory of Client and possesses all necessary power and authority to bind Client to this Agreement.

Informa Princeton LLC is committed to sustainability in the exhibitions industry. Client agrees comply with the Seatrade Cruise Events Sustainability Pledge, which can be found at https://www.seatradecruiseevents.com/en/about/our-portfolio/sustainability.html.
By signing this Booking Form, you agree that as an Exhibitor, you are responsible for ensuring that your stand build complies with our Better Stands Framework to a minimum of Bronze standard, and that you will instruct your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (“EAC”) accordingly. You can access the Better Stands Framework through the following link here. It is crucial to brief your EAC from the outset to avoid potential delays and disruptions in obtaining permission to build or facing stand design rejection. Non-compliance with these requirements will result in being unable to exhibit and termination of this Agreement until your stand build aligns with the necessary standards. Please note, all stands will need to reach Bronze level by 2025, Silver level by 2027 and Gold level by 2030.
