  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. Please be reminded that orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order form is sent.
    2. NO unedited and clear unboxing video, NO REFUND.
    3. If you decide to cancel your order, no refund will be given.
    4. Upon the arrival of the item to my address, I'll be sending a photo of the actual item before I pack it. However, please note that I will not be held liable for any damages / lost parcel caused by the courier and your item will not be subjected to return/refund since it is beyond our control.
    5. 30 php late payment fees will be collected per day.
    6. Onhand items will be shipped every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
    7. X to impatient buyers especially for preorder items.
    8. Unclaimed items for more than 1 month will be dispatched and the buyers will not be refunded.

  • FAQS for ILLIT I'LL LIKE YOU GO

    1. ALBUMS are under NETA. Expected arrival is 15-25 days after ship out. ETA will start once the item left the Korea Port. POBs are under FETA. Expected arrival is 5-7 day after ship out.

    2. Albums will be purchased directly from the site.

    3. DOP = Date of Payment

    • As a buyer, you should be mindful of the agreed DOP. It is not my responsibility to remind you of the DOP, hence, it will not be accepted as a valid reason to avoid LPF.
    • Once on hand DOP items must be settled 24 hours once photo proof has been sent. Any extension will not be entertained.

    4. Refer to my carrd for PF rates, MOD, Tracking number, MOP & Payment form.

    5. All UPDATES will be posted in #hanlixupdates. I will create a specific thread for ILLIT I'LL LIKE YOU GO. 

    6. Payment status will reflect on the masterlist which can be found in my carrd.

    7. Official Receipt (Sales Invoice) is available. However, Shopee price will apply since most of the claims I post here on X (Twitter) are mostly pasabuy to save fees and isf for my personal collection.
