2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 17, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time and ends on November 25, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Voids were prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form during the Promotion Period.
Eligible participants will be entered into the Win drawing process.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
1 Winner will be selected during the Promotion Period.
Each Instant Winner will receive:
One (1) Gift Card.
The prize will be delivered electronically using the email address provided during entry.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected through a random win process or other method determined by the Sponsor.
Eligible winner will be notified through the email address provided during entry.
Winner must provide any requested information necessary to confirm eligibility and receive their prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to provide a replacement prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning an prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the availability.
9. Privacy Notice
Information collected from participants will be used by the Sponsor to administer this Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, and communicate regarding the Promotion.
If participants separately choose to subscribe to the Sponsor's email list, they may receive future emails, updates, and promotional communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
The Sponsor will not sell participant information. Information may be shared with service providers assisting with Promotion administration, prize delivery, email communication, or as required by law.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances affect the integrity of the Promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
11. Release of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
