Madrid Study Away Application

Upon submission of this form, you will be emailed a link and redirected to the deposit page to submit your $700 deposit which will secure your spot for this trip. Your spot is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Deposit is 100% refundable until January 1, 2027. If you change your plans to attend the Madrid study abroad program after January 1, 2027, the $700 deposit is not refundable for any reason, due to financial commitments to our travel providers. The deposit funds are being applied tot he Madrid program to asupplement the Portugal 4-day excursion.

Refunds must be requested by email to the faculty trip leader.
