      Canadian based. However, it operates remotely as far as our clients require. We are working on growing to physically service all over Canada.

    • Company Equipment 
    • TECHed OUT INC. offers great tools and benefits to its employees/contractors. 
      Everyone will have a TECHed OUT email and phone line. Depending on the role and job, you may also receive a company laptop. 
       
      All internal meetings and communications are done with Microsoft Teams. For video meetings with clients, you also use Teams. 

      All company equipment should not be used for personal use. These are all monitored and managed by TECHed OUT. Equipment can be changed randomly and frequently. 
       
      TECHed OUT being a major custom computer and gaming-oriented company, there will be gaming stations for staff to use in their free time and at events. With these clients/customers will be able to use these as well and also be used for gaming events. TECHed OUT also has a big focus on custom network solutions for gamers, streamers, and businesses.

    • TECHed OUT INC. believes in allowing its staff to thrive in their specialties.

      The operations at TECHed OUT are able to operate 24/7 within reason. We operate at specific hours but allow staff to work at their desired times within reason with company hours for client reach. 

      Staff are welcome to work on their laptops in the executive lounge in the building or from the office itself. As the office is small you may choose to work elsewhere. We welcome staff that are not working with hardware to work remote from home or the executive lounge.

      For client meetings, you are welcome to meet them in the executive lounge or in the office in a conference room. A booking and approval from your direct supervisor or the Operations Manager (OM) is required.

      The building/office is accessible 24/7 with your keys.

    • TECHed OUT INC. believes in rewarding its staff.

      By doing so we randomly give bonuses when profit is higher than usual or when large orders are made.

      These rewards can be gift cards for restaurants, Uber, and Amazon. We may also give a flat bonus on your end-of-month pay. This can range from $50 to over $100.

      We offer competitive wages and commission rates. We believe the employees should be paid what they are worth and what they bring to the table. We are nothing without them.

      We offer 24/7 staff access to the executive lounge to relax or work. Here there is a golf simulator, podcast studio, arcade games, pool table, and a fully equipped gym with luxury bathrooms to change and get ready for the day or night. 

  • Job Positions

  • SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST (SS)

    You are the first point of contact for these clients to communicate with TECHed OUT. When orders/tickets come in unassigned, you will speak with the client/s to find out their exact needs. Here you will direct them to an Account Manager (AM). Depending on the client/s wishes, you may stay on the project or may be dismissed. You will be working directly with AMs, CCRs, BTs, TTs, and as well the TLs. As clients may have a REP assigned or a dual REP/Technician to them that they work with regularly, they will put their email in the order/ticket. This action bypasses the flow structure and goes directly to the REP and or Technician.
  • CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE (CCR)

    Working with the Solution Specialists and as well the Account Managers to process orders and adjust accordingly to create and build the best solutions for the customer. The role of the CCR is to process orders or work with teams when digital services are required. This may be storage hosting, specific web work, and much more. (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE)
  • ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

    You may work remotely at client's offices and or from home if necessary. You will be handling the accounts of the company. Finding clients, bringing them in, finding solutions, and selling the solution/s. Finding the best build options and solutions for all clients. This is not just limited to custom gaming desktops and streaming setups. Solutions can be internet equipment solutions for fastest speeds. You may need to get creative and work with your teammates to find out of the box solutions.
  • Build Team (BT)

    You will work alongside one another to ensure all ideas come up to create the best build/s for the client/s. You will have some direct communication with the client but may have most through the AMs appointed to said client. You will build everything from custom desktops for gaming or streaming or work and or even personal use. These builds can be anywhere from $1,200 to $20,000. Treat all builds with the same respect and seriousness as they are $20,000 build solutions. Builds can also be from NAS, Storage, Active Directory Servers. Servers come in all shapes and forms depending on what the client needs for their use. With your knowledge you may need to communicate more with the client to ensure all goes well. As a BT you are specifically the build team of projects. Any kind of extra technical aspects may be done by the TTs or if you have that knowledge, you are welcome to fully complete the job. Don't hesitate to include your co-works.
  • Technical Team (TT)

    You will work alongside one another to ensure all ideas come up to create the best build/s for the client. You will have some direct communication with the client but may have most through the AMs and even the BTs if necessary appointed to said client. You may be building server racks loaded with equipment. This equipment can be from network gear, servers, rack mounted computers and much more. You will work with the BT team to set up equipment and go to the client's location to complete builds and or setups. May do some training with the client, ensuring questions are answered and they are confident enough to operate once you leave. You may work with the client for a period of time after they have their builds installed in their locations. This can be troubleshooting or additional questions or concerns they have that were missed. They may also require some alterations. As the Ts you are typically doing support and setups past the builds of the BTs. The BTs may do everything with your support, or you may do all the software side of the builds.
  • Website Team (WT)

    You will work alongside one another to ensure all ideas come up to create the best build/s for the client. You will have some direct communication with the client but may have most through the AMs and even the BTs if necessary appointed to said client. You will be building and planning websites with the client. For every site build, you will have a sit down and create a site plan and work with them on design ideas. You will ensure the client knows they are responsible for the content such as wording and any special images. After this you will build the site and do a couple of reviews with the client. At the final stages you will do edits and any finalizations to the site. After the site is complete and the client takes full ownership after final payment, any new changes or additions will be at cost. The client is welcome to have us be their regular site maintenance and editor. You may be working with different web platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, Wix, and or Square or Shopify.
  • Editing Team (ET)

    You will work alongside one another to ensure all ideas come up to create the best build/s for the client. You will have some direct communication with the client but may have most through the AMs and even the BTs if necessary appointed to said client. You will be building and planning video editing projects, with the client for every editing project, you will have a sit down and create a plan and work with them on design ideas. You will ensure the client knows they are responsible for the content such as wording and any special images that may be added. After this you will create and edit the project and do a couple reviews with the client. At the final stages you will do edits and any finalizations to the video. After the site is complete and the client takes full ownership after final payment, any new changes or additions will be at cost. The client is welcome to have us their regular editor for other projects or add-ns to projects. You may be working with different platforms such as Adobe Collection; Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, Looka, Canva, and more.
  • Team Leads (TL)

    Team Leads are the team leaders of the departments. This is the SS', CCRs, AMs, BTs, and TTs. Each will have a Team Lead to keep things smooth and on track. Team Leads may work together with ongoing projects in the departments. You may also work alongside with clients for additional support. You may be solving problems or coming up with out of the box solutions to keep projects on time and on budget. You will be directly reporting to the Operations Manager daily. Team Leads will have weekly and occasionally daily group meeting with the OM. Communication and problem solving is key in this role.
