• JJAY Filter Backwash Procedure

    1. Contact Engineering at 2122378472 or EXT: 8472, Request steam shutoff and scheudle a start up time | Approx 2HRs
    2. Power "OFF" VFD of active pump
    3. Close Valve #7
    4. Close Valve #6
    5. Power on "Auto On" VFD of active pump
    6. Wait up to 5 minutes or until bacwashed water clarity is visiible
    7. Power "OFF" VFD of active pump
    8. Open Valve #6
    9. Open Valve #7
    10. Wait 1-2 Hrs
    11. Contact Engineering at 2122378472 or EXT: 8472, Requesting startup and steam activation | Replace Strainer ONLY at EOM
    12. Power on "Auto ON" VFD of active pump 
    13. Submit NEW "Post-Backwash" Form at conclusion of backwash process
