MEMBER SHOW APPLICATION FORM 2024

As a member, you can enter one piece of art in the show.

Maximum 1,296 square inches. Individual 3-D pieces may be accepted as space allows.

To participate in the 2024 Member Show, you must fill in the form below.

At the end of the form click SUBMIT

If the submission was successful, you will receive an email of confirmation.

Now that you have confirmed your submission,

Bring your work (with the email printout attached to the back) to the Sebastopol Center for the Arts on December 3rd between 10 and 2 pm

Reception: December 8th 2-4pm Potluck Event (Bring your food to share please!)
