Meeting Summary: The Asian Community Development Corporation (ACDC) and the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD) invite you to the first public community meeting regarding the redevelopment of the site at 245 Bryant St, Malden MA 02148. The redevelopment is expected to replace the existing religious structure with a new affordable housing development, consisting of approximately 30-40 new affordable homeownership opportunities. This meeting is expected to provide the community with an early view of the proposed project site plan, building size and scale, and timeline for redevelopment.
