The Reflexology Festival is a family fun event with the goal of gaining public awareness about reflexology, and supporting the profession, while spreading healing and fun.
We encourage reflexologists to bring a Venmo QR code to accept payment. We are encouraging reflexologists to charge for their services in the amount of $20 for 20 minute sessions. Please bring business cards to promote your practice.

The goal of this festival is to increase awareness of reflexology, and support the profession of reflexology. This festival is with the support of RARI (Reflexology Association of RI). If you are not a member, we encourage you to join here for only $40. https://reflexologyri.com/membership/

please bring anything that you may need to provide mini sessions, which may include; lotion, gloves, paper towels, cleaning spray, hand sanitzer, antigravity chair, chair/ stool, blankets, and business cards to promote your business. YOU DO NOT NEED A CANOPY THIS YEAR. We will be under one big tent!

Time Requirements: Vendors must arrive at 8:30am, and be open / ready 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Vendors are expected to be at the event until the event ends. Vendors must have all equipment off the space and out of the venue by 60 minutes after the event end time.

Alcohol Rules: The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by vendors at their booth is prohibited.*

Power: Power is not available, and all vendors must be self-sufficient. If using a generator, it must be a quiet model. If it is not, efforts must be made to suppress the noise.*

Professionalism: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves and present their booth space in a professional manner at all times. Any vendor that fails to behave in an acceptable manner may be asked to leave the event without a refund.*

Liability: By agreeing to be a vendor, you agree to hold RARI, HRI, and it's members harmless for any claims by you, or any actions brought against you, and to indemnify RARI, HRI and its members for any costs, expenses, attorney fees, etc. which arise from any actions, errors, omissions, or negligence on the part of you, your staff or your agents while performing services under this agreement. You are responsible for obtaining your own liability / business insurance for services that you are providing.*

Subleasing: Vendors may not sublease, assign, or apportion their space. No more than 1 vendor may exhibit in a single space without the written permission.

Staff Guideline Acknowledgement: Vendors ensure that all staff working the booth space will be made aware of, and will abide, by all guidelines.*

The Reflexology Festival is scheduled for Sunday September 7th, rain or shine. All vendors are responsible for providing antigravity chairs, stools, and tables. Refunds will not be provided for any reason. Do not bring a canopy this year. This is a beautiful but windy location, please prepare accordingly.*
