Townsville Model Course: Terms & Conditions
1. Enrolment
* Enrolment in Townsville Model Course ("TMC") requires completion of the online enrolment form, which constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
* Please refer to the workshop email for detailed information and pricing.
2. Fees
* TMC reserves the right to adjust start dates and times.
* Refunds are generally not provided for cancellations due to personal reasons.
* Fee transfers to another class or workshop may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
* Accepted payment methods include Direct Deposit, Cash, and Cheque. Eftpos is available with a surcharge.
* Direct Deposit payments should reference the student's full name or invoice number.
* The Customer agrees to reimburse TMC for all costs incurred in recovering outstanding fees, including legal fees.* A Model & Image Release Form is required from all students/parents/guardians, authorizing the use of images for TMC's website, social media, and potential portfolio submissions.
* Day 2 includes a professional photoshoot for portfolio purposes.
* All students receive 6 high-resolution edited photos with the option to purchase additional images.
* Behind-the-scenes photos taken during classes will be shared with students.
4. Liability
* TMC assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by a student during class participation.
* TMC is not responsible for student supervision outside of scheduled class times.
* Students should not wait outside the studio for extended periods if their parents/guardians are delayed.
5. Parent/Guardian Permission
* For students under 18, a signed Parental Consent Form is mandatory before course commencement.
6. Agreement
By submitting the online enrolment form, the student (and parent/guardian, if applicable) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
