Rotary Club of Weston Restaurant Participation Agreement
This agreement outlines the expectations for participating restaurants/food vendors at a Rotary Club of Weston event.
Services Provided by Restaurant/Food Vendor (at no cost to Rotary Club):
- Setup: Be fully prepared at the venue 1 hour before the event starts.
- Food: Provide one or more bite-sized food items for 400 attendees.
- Menu: Submit your menu by Sept 1st.
- Tableware: Provide plates, napkins, utensils, etc.
- Serving Equipment: Bring chafing dishes, burners, serving utensils, etc.
- Electrical Needs: To ensure your needs are met, please let the Rotary Club know if you require electricity by September 5th, which is 2 weeks before the event.
- Promotion: Display a tabletop banner or retractable sign.
- Provide table cards identifying your food items.
- Offer menus or flyers for attendees to take (promoting your restaurant).
- Staff: Provide two servers (21+) present throughout the event.
Required Documents:
- Signed Restaurant Participation Agreement form.
- High-resolution logo for event marketing materials.
- Copy of your liability insurance.
- Copy of your business license.
Additional Promotion:
- Display a Rotary event poster (provided) in your restaurant window.
- Announce your participation through your social media channels.
Important Note:
No pork food products are allowed at the venue.
