Payment of the Registration fee is to be by bank transfer. If the surname on the bank account to be used is different from the above please give it here.

Please note that all MGS members participating in any MGS meeting/event in connection with the AGM 2026 do so entirely at their own risk and must have appropriate accident/medical insurance cover. The travel agency proposes adequate insurance coverage.

The travel agent will not be able to honour bookings without proof of insurance cover (as per French law).
