$250 - Covers the retainer for your event video.$100 - covers the filming per hour and creation of a 6-10 minute video or the whole event as well as the film to be edited and delivered.

Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS
The following constitutes the Videography Agreement (the “Agreement”) of ASV Media Maurice Ellison (the “Videographer”). Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Videographer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.

It is understood that ASV Media Maurice Ellison is the exclusive Videographer retained by the client to cover outlined event. Any conflicts with other video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client.

Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for ASV Media, Maurice Ellison for each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Maurice Ellison, ASV Media will videotape, including photos, musical recordings, videotapes, or any other materials delivered for inclusion in the clients video.

ASV Media, Maurice Ellison is not responsible for poor audio, dark or grainy video resulting from inadequate lighting or the refusal of the client to allow camera-top lighting at the event electrical or mechanical malfunctions on location that are beyond our control.

ASV Media/Maurice Ellison will establish an arrival time for the event date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty until the end of the the event.
ASV Media reserves the right to use videos and photos for display and or promotional purposes. All video masters, raw footage and photographs remain the exclusive property of Maurice Ellison.

If ASV and or Maurice Ellison, or third party (IC) fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond our media control, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Maurice Ellison/ASV Media’s liability is limited only to funds not used.
