Contracts

In Order to Finalize your Registration, Please complete the Following Contracts.

The Business
1. I Understand that Xtreme Performing Arts Operates alongside Xtreme Talent Dance Company, and that my child will be accessing both businesses daily.
2. I understand my child will be part of 2 performances in December & June, and attendance is mandatory.
Registration and School Closure Days
1. I Understand that I am committing to a dance season, which runs during the school year from September-June. I acknowledge that this does not automatically reserve my space for the following season, and I must confirm my attendance for the next season by May 1st of each year and pay a non refundable deposit of $100.
2. I understand and acknowledge that Xplor Fine Arts Preschool does not run during SD34 School closures such as Pro-D Days, Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer.
The Finances
1. I Understand that each business has their own respective registration fees and my family must pay both fees. 1 fee to Xtreme Talent, and 1 fee to Xtreme Performing Arts.
2. I understand that all payments must be made on the 1st of the Month, for payable to Xtreme Performing Arts. This fee Includes 1 Dance Class for 3 Day/Week Students and Unlimited Dance for 5 Day/Week Academy Students
3. I Understand there is a $25 Late Fee Charge if I have not paid by the 1st.
4. I Understand that I am responsible for applying for Subsidy and that I must pay in full until this is approved. Once approved a credit will be applied to future months.
5. I understand There are additional fees Associated with my dance classes, such as costume deposits, t-shirt fees, competitive fees etc. that are not included in my daycare tuition.
Cancellation Policy
1. I agree to provide 30 days notice to cancel services/care.
2. I understand that if Xplor Fine Arts Preschool deems the program unsuitable for my child that they will allow 30 days notice of cancellation in order to search for alternate care. The only situation where 30 days notice may not be possible is if there are safety concerns for staff and/or students and immediate termination is required.
