    If known, please select which jurisdiction your document or documents needs Apostille. If multiple, please select each one.

  • For Federal Apostile, waiting times can be long. Please check the Current Federal Apostile processing times Federal Office of Authentications (takes much longer than state).

  • Page 6: Vital Documents

  • Vital Documents such as birth, death and marriage certificates will need to be certified copies issued from the county where it took place. You can purchase these ahead of time from VitalChek. It typically takes around 3 weeks to receive them.

    If a birth certificate was issued by the Health Department, it may need to be certified by the county before apostille.
