Join us for a Trunk or Treat on the Lawn!

Vendor Application

Local businesses are invited to set up festively decorated tents, perfect for the Halloween season, and must offer an activity or game. This event focuses on building community connections rather than selling products or services. One flyer may be distributed per business.

Please note, applications must be approved, and you will receive notification of approval.

Setup instructions will be emailed approximately two weeks before the event. Please be aware that Hillview does not provide electricity or generators.
