Welcome to the CAS Assessor Recertification Form! To get recertified and access the new CAS agency in our community's Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), where all CAS Assessments are available, users must complete the following steps:
- Attend or view the CAS Assessor Training on our CAS Assessor Recertification Training webpage
- Complete and submit the CAS Assessor Recertification Form
- After submitting, you will receive an email request to e-sign the CAS Assessor User Agreement.
- Once you've signed the agreement, you’ll automatically receive the CAS Assessor Quiz via email.
After passing the quiz, you’ll gain access to the Coordinated Access System (CAS) agency in HMIS through your current HMIS account on October 22, 2024.
