ABOUT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is a governance board responsible for making strategic, financial, and policy decisions for the organization. Directors must:
* Be available for regular monthly or quarterly meetings in person
* Read and respond to email within 1-2 days
* Communicate with the president if they are unable to participate/need to step back actively.
The CAC Board of Directors may consist of 6-10 Directors elected at the annual general meeting.
Time Commitment:
Board Meetings minimum of 5x/year: September, January, April, July
Annual General Meeting: October
Committee meetings, as needed.
Total commitment: 6-9 hours/month
