I acknowledge that participation in baseball activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I understand and agree that Competitive Balance Baseball, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and any associated individuals, shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur during participation in the camp.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Competitive Balance Baseball from any and all claims, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with the participation of my child in this camp, whether such injury, accident, or loss is caused by negligence or otherwise.
