• OMP Registration Process

    For Summer 2025

  • Since 1986, Ozark Mission Project has been providing unforgettable, Christ-centered mission experiences in Arkansas. 

    SUMMER MISSION WEEKS

    WEEK 1: June 8-13 - Bentonville, Jonesboro, Forrest City

    WEEK 2: June 22-27 - Benton, Maumelle, Fayetteville, Siloam Springs

    WEEK 3: July 13-18 - North Little Rock, Little Rock

    Summer Mission Weeks run Sunday at 2pm through Friday at 12pm.

    Community Builder Fee: $315 per youth and adult. 

     + Youth must have completed the 6th grade by summer to participate. This means youth will be rising 7th graders in the summer, so at the time of registration they could be in 6th grade. 

    **IMPORTANT NOTE: LARGE GROUPS If you would like to register more than 35 participants at a location, please contact Jules to discuss mission week logistics. Jules can be reached by email or phone: 479.212.8017.

    **IMPORTANT NOTE: INDIVIDUALS If you would like to register youth unaccompanied by an adult for a mission week please contact Jules. She can be reached by email or phone: 479.212.8017.

  • The Group Contact is the main contact for all mission week communication. All necessary information will be communicated directly with this person. Should this contact need to be changed, it is the responsibility of the originial contact to communicate the change with Ozark Mission Project.

  • Vehicle and Community Builder Information

    **IMPORTANT: For every 3-10 youth registered, 2 Adults with a vehicle that can fit that amount of people is required. Adults serve as family group leaders. 2 adults in every vehicle will transport 3-10 youth to and from job sites, participate in the project and mission activities, and will assist in maintaining the safety and positive atmosphere for youth throughout the mission week. Adults must have a vehicle that can safely transport the appropriate number of youth. If you want to register less than 3 youth, please contact Jules (janderson@ozarkmissionproject.org) first.

  • We plan the number of projects for a mission week based on the number of vehicles that will be at each location. Each vehicle will carry a family group to and from a project site. We understand things may change, but we ask that you thoughtfully consider your plans according to the vehicle capacities above.

    These counts are auto-calculated based on the vehicle information provided above. Please adjust if needed.

    Add the number of adults and youth indicated above for the total number of registrants in order to complete mission week selection.

  • Family Group Information

    Family group is the term we use to describe the team of people who work on one project site. This group is made up of a minimum of two adults, and up to 10 youth. Family Groups ride in one vehicle to the project site. There are two options. You can choose for your church to remain together in family groups, or we can split your group up among other churches to form family groups. Please indicate your preference below. If no preference is indicated, your group will be split based on majority at your chosen location.

  • Payment Understanding

    Invoice: An invoice indicating the deposit due and remaining balance will be emailed to you within one business week of registering. Instructions on how to submit payment will be included in that email. 

    Deposit: A $100 deposit per youth and adult community builder is due upon registration to secure your spots. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The $100 is used toward the total per youth and adult community builder. Your deposit needs to be received by our office within 2 weeks of receiving your invoice. We must receive your deposit for you to be officially registered. If not received, your reservations may be released to the public. 

    Mount Eagle Pricing: The Early Bird registration total is $315 per youth and adult community builder for those registered and paid in full by December 31st. ($100 deposit, plus $215 remaining balance per community builder)

    Regular Registration Pricing: The regular registration total is $350 per youth and adult community builder for those registered by February 15th. ($100 deposit, plus $250 remaining balance per community builder)

    Late Registration Pricing: If you register after February 15th, the registration total is $400 per youth and adult community builder. ($100 deposit, plus $300 remaining balance per community builder)

    Mount Eagle Pricing: The registration total for Mount Eagle is $450 per youth and adult community builder. 

    To qualify for Early Bird Pricing, final payment is due by December 31. Regular Registration and Late Registration final payments are due by April 1. 

    All participant spots registered as of February 15 are final and full payment will be required for that number by April 1.

  • OMP CANCELLATION POLICY

    If your group decreases in size or cancels, the total amount of fees paid to Ozark Mission Project for all participants is non-refundable and non-transferable to the remaining trip balance. The balance of fees paid for cancelled spaces will also not be applied to a future trip. After February 15th, all spots are considered final and full payment for the number of participants is required. This is a firm policy because expenses incurred by Ozark Mission Project do not change should you have to change or cancel your registration.

  • Scholarships

    If you are interested in applying for full or partial scholarship for your group, please complete the Robert Tankersley Scholarship Application on our website.

  • By pressing submit, you agree:

    + That your group is responsible for the full payment of each participant registered as of February 15, and this payment will be received no later than April 1. That all deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

    + To provide 2 adults and a vehicle for every 3-10 youth registered. The vehicles must have the appropriate number of seatbelts for the number registered for your group including the required 2 adults per vehicle.

    + To provide vehicle tools for each vehicle. Vehicle Tool List can be found HERE.

    + To submit a completed background verification form and Group Roster by April 1st. Forms will be available beginning January 15th. T-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed if the Group Roster is received after April 1. 

    + To ensure all participants complete medical release forms no later than May 1st. Participation release forms will be available beginning January 15th. 

    + To attend a scheduled mission week location meeting to cover all details prior to summer. These dates will be sent out well in advance.
